The Union Franchise Bank is organised by the Bank of France and its eight member governments: Benin, Burkina-Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Croatia, Cyprus, Togo and France. It is funded by member states, foreign governments and international agencies. Its headquarters are here in Montpelier, France.
